Over the past few days, I’ve had close to a half a dozen friends contact me to schedule an appointment to go over plans for a project launch, for legal advice, to discuss a cross-promotional partnership. It’s daunting keeping up with the requests but then I remembered that I had set up an account with this desktop scheduling app called Bookafy.
It’s free to create your own website. Here is mine and with it, I can set up the times I’m willing and able to take phone calls, then send the link to those looking to book a time to chat. I can also manually fill it in with calls I’ve already scheduled in person or in other ways.
When done, you can sync up your Bookafy appointments with your Google Calendar, Outlook, Apple iCloud or other calendar apps you may already use.
It has another functionality for those who are Career and Accountability Coaches, Attorneys, and other professionals who charge by the hour or session for calls. You can add a monetary value to each call.
You can embed a “book now” button into an existing site to make it very seamless and easy for your leads and potential customers to sign up.
Another awesome feature to Bookafy is the ability to accept payments for online classes, group calls or sessions or reoccuring events or multiple event sessions.
You can also track scheduled, completed, canceled appointments.
For a $7 monthly upgrade, you get text reminders when a call is coming up and get to add additional users and two way sync with Google and Outlook.
Again, the base product is free. The pro is only $7 per month and is free to try for 14 days! We are testing it out here at Techyaya and plan to share the verdict when we’re done! In the meantime, if you would like to join us as testers, sign up for youur own account here!
