An analyst recently hypothesized on CNBC that Apple X and its $1,000 price tag means it is just for the rich.
“The $999 price tag of Apple’s iPhone X represents a “substantial increase that seems justifiable only for relatively rich people who care deeply about the appearance of their phone,” KeyBanc analyst Andy Hargreaves wrote in a note following the big Apple unveil.
I posit in this edition of the 10 minute Podcast that Apple has long since branded itself to the affluent and if anyone is starting a company today, it is essential to identity the target marketing and ensure everything rom the packaging to branding messaging relays a certain aesthetic to signal to the market.
